What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Stephen Johnson has applied to Chelmsford CC for a Premises Licence to permit the sale of alcohol daily 10:00-21:00 at Bubbles, Unit K16. Chelmsford Indoor Market. Bellmead, Chelmsford CM1 1LE. 

A full copy of this application can be inspected at Licensing Team, Chelmsford City Council, Civic Centre, Duke St, Chelmsford CM1 1JE tel; 01245 606606, by appointment with the Licensing Team. 

Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 14/09/25 

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain. 

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
