What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION
APPLICANT: Nigel Parker. PREMISES: Helsby Community Sports Club, Callender Way, Helsby WA6 0FX. An application has been made for the variation of a premises certificate to allow the following licensable activities to take place:- Sale of alcohol on the premises. The current license covers the main building only, and we want to sell alcohol at the Tennis pavilion ( approximately 30 metres from the main building) and the Bowling pavilion (approximately 100 metres from the main building) with the same licensing hours as in the main building. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the office of The Licensing Team , Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed at bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation.
The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm, except Bank Holidays. For further information please email licensing@cheshirewest.gov.uk. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team , Cheshire West and Chester Council , The Portal , Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA no later than 12/9/25. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connrection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
