Notice of Application for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Coventry Dining Ltd have applied to Coventry City Council for a new Premises Licence at Olive Tree, Cathedral Lanes Shopping Centre, Broadgate, Coventry CV1 1LL
The application is to provide:
The sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) and the provision of regulated entertainment (live and recorded music) from 10.00hrs until 24.00hrs from Monday to Sunday
The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00hrs to 24.00hrs from Monday to Sunday
Opening hours for the premises from 08.00hrs to 00.30hrs from Monday to Sunday

The application may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address and further information may be available at www.coventry. gov.uk on the public register. Any Representation relating to this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by 18th September 2025.
Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is Unlimited.
