Cross Street, Sale - Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that I/we, Mangiando Calabro Ltd applied on 06/08/2025 for a New Premises Licence to Trafford Council in respect of the premises known as: 184-186 Cross Street, Sale, M33 7AG under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: We are applying for a premises licence in order to serve alcohol in our delishop, both for takeaway and for consumption inside our delicatessen. The proposed opening hours are as follows: Sunday – Wednesday: 09:30 am – 10:00 pm Thursday – Saturday: 09:30 am – 11:00 pm

Any representation must be submitted no later than 28 days from the date the application was accepted. A representation may also be made to the Licensing Section at the following email address: licensing@trafford.gov.uk

A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by The Licensing Section, at Trafford Council, and is available via email upon request during the 28 day consultation period.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
