NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that Eisa News and Booze Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Liverpool City Council in relation to Eisa News and Booze, 88 Church Road West, Liverpool, L4 5UF to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption Off the premises Monday to Saturday 07:00hrs to 23:00hrsSunday 08:00hrs to 23:00hrs.

Representation can also be made by post to–Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the12/09/2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
