I, Mohammed Fereydoni, hereby give notice that I have applied to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for a premises licence in respect of TAKUK Restaurant, 26 South Street, Epsom KT18 7PF to allow the (on) Sale by Retail of Alcohol 1200 – 2300hrs Monday to Sunday. Responsible Authorities and Other Persons wishing to submit representations to this application must do so in writing by no later than 10 September 2025 to: The Licensing Team, Epsom & Ewell Borough Council, Town Hall, The Parade, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 5BY. A copy of this application, and the Licence Registers may be inspected at the above address, between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) or visit www.epsom-ewell.gov.uk. Any person knowingly or recklessly making a false statement in connection with an application, commits an offence, and will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
