What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

University of Salford has applied to Salford City Council for a premises licence for Broadwalk Convenience Store, Within Clifford Building, University of Salford, Cockcroft Road, Salford, M5 4WT as follows: To permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 8am and 11pm daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing- applications or via email licensing@salford.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 17th September 2025. 

The application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
