Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that IVI Motorway Services Ltd
has applied to Huntingdonshire District Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be
known as German Doner Kebab, Unit 9C, Peterborough
Services, A1, Peterborough, PE7 3UQ. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are: The Provision of
Late Night Refreshment (indoors and outdoors) from
23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays; Opening Hours
are 24 hours Mondays to Sundays. Please see the full
application for details. Any representations regarding the
above-mentioned application must be received in writing
by Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House,
St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon PE29 3TN or via email
licensing@huntingdonshire.gov.uk
no later than 16th
September 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

council, given above, during normal business hours or on

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
