NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Distinct Group Limited
has applied to the Licensing Authority of Bedford
Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street,
Bedford MK42 9AP for the variation of the existing
Premises Licence for the Bedford Swan Hotel, The
Embankment, Bedford MK40 1RW. The general
nature of the variation is to deposit new Premises
Plans which accurately reflect the premises
following both internal and external refurbishment
and re-configuration. To amend and remove some
of the the licence conditions and to voluntarily add
a condition to ensure all conditions are relevant,
clear, unambiguous and support the Licensing
Objectives. There will be no change to the existing
permitted licensable activities or hours.

Any person
wishing to submit relevant representations
concerning this application must give notice in
writing to Licensing Team at the address above
giving in detail the grounds of the representation
no later than: 15th September 2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application and
upon conviction, the fine is unlimited.
