Off Licence, 152 Town Street - Variation to Existing Premises Licence

What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that I Sabir Doski have
made an application under Section 34 of the
Licensing Act 2003 to vary the premises licence
held in respect of the premises known as: Off
Licence, 152 Town Street, Armley, Leeds, LS12
3RF. I intend to conduct on or from the premises
the following licensable activities: Sale by retail of
alcohol. I propose to vary the terms of the existing
licence as follows: There shall be no sale of single
cans of beers, lagers or ciders with an ABV in
excess of 6.5% abv, or bottles of spirits under 70 cl
in volume. And replace with - There shall be no
sale of single cans of beers, lagers or ciders with
an ABV in excess of 6.5% abv. To add the following
condition to the licence: All spirits will be displayed
behind the counter, sales will be from the counter
and restricted to only selling 50cl bottles over a
certain price threshold. Not stocking miniature or
high-strength products. Agreeing not to offer price
promotions or multi-buy deals on spirits.
Responsible authorities or any other person may
make written representations to Leeds City Council
about this application until 10th September 2025
which should be sent to Entertainment Licensing,
Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
