What is proposed?


I, Wadood Ghani, on behalf of my Company Cashmere Palette LTD have applied to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for: Dixy Chicken Shirley, 193 Stratford Road, Shirley, B90 3AU

The licence if granted is to include the following:
• Provision of Late Night Refreshment (indoors)
• Sunday to Thursday: 12:00 - 00:00 (midnight)
• Friday and Saturday: 12:00 - 01:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing, including their full name and address, by 15th September 2025 to: The Licensing Team, Solihull MBC, Central Depot, Moat Lane, Solihull, B91 2LW

Representations must relate to one or more of the four licensing objectives:
• the prevention of crime and disorder,
• public safety,
• the prevention of public nuisance, and
• the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
