What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003To whom it may concern: Lucy Hodges is applying for the grant of a Premise Licence for: Graze Bakehouse & Bar Ltd, 29-30a Regent Street, Teignmouth TQ14 8SJ.    The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: Supply of alcohol - Monday to Sunday 9am to 9.45pm. Provision of live music and anything of a similar description - Thursday to Saturday 4pm to 10pm. Opening hours – Monday to Sunday 9am to 10pm. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing licensing@teignbridge.gov.uk. Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.  The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is unlimited.
