Application for a new Premises Licence Newton Mini Market, 22 Bridge Street, Earlestown, Newton le Willows, St Helens, WA12 9BA. I Hawkar ALI have submitted the above application on 13/08/2025 to St Helens Council for the Sale of Alcohol, (for consumption off the premises) and hours open to the public from 08.00 to 23.00 on all days. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30hrs and 16:30hrs. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk

on or before 10/09/2025. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited fine.
