Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Yo! Sushi Limited in respect of Premises known as Yo! Sushi, Unit 157–158, Cheshire Oaks Outlet Village, Kinsey Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 9JR applied to Cheshire West and Chester Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is: 1. To extend the Opening Hours to start at 11:00 every day. 2. To extend the Supply of Alcohol (for consumption on the premises) to start at 11:00 every day. 3. To add the Supply of Alcohol for consumption off the premises 11:00 – 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 11:00 – 22:30 Sunday.

All other permitted hours and conditions to remain as existing. See application for full details.

The register of Cheshire West and Chester Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, Mondays to Fridays 9am to 4pm, except bank holidays or on the council’s website - www.cheshirewestandchester.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
