APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

I Jac Billington have applied for the Grant of a Premises Licence for Albion Farm Shop/The Turkey Shed Oldham Road, Delph, OL3 5RQ.

The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: *sale of alcohol on the premises/*sale of alcohol off the premises/*provision of regulated entertainment/*provision of late night refreshment

Monday - Wednesday 9:00 - 22:30 Thursday 9:00 - 23:30 Friday 9:00 - 01:30 Saturday 9:00 - 01:30 Sunday 9:00 - 23:30.
