Notice is hereby given that: Access Pay Limited have applied to Bury Council for a Premises Licence for: 3 Fairfax Road, Prestwich. M25 1AS to allow the sale / supply of alcohol between the following hours: Monday – 10:00 – 23:30, Tuesday – 10:00 – 23:30, Wednesday – 10:00 – 23:30, Thursday – 10:00 – 23:30, Friday – 10:00 – 23:30, Saturday – 10:00 – 23:30, Sunday – 10:00 – 22:30.

Any persons having observations on this application should submit them in writing no later than: 8th September 2025 to: The Licensing Unit Manager, Level 2, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ or by email to: licensing@bury.gov.uk.
