Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

We, Sporting Wessex Sports Club, hereby give notice that we have applied on 18 August 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Bill Harris Pavillion, Oakwood Park Recreation Ground, Oakwood Avenue, Otterbourne, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 2ED.

The application is for: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 1800 to 2200, Friday 1800 to 2300, & Saturday 1300 to 2300.

Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to: Licensing Section, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ, to arrive by 15 September 2025 i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants' comments will be taken into account in determining the application.
