Licensing act 2003: Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Cristi’s Bar Ltd has applied to Basildon Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence for a site at 93-95 High Street, Billericay, Essex CM12 9AS, where the business intends to operate under the name Cristi’s Bar.

The application is for the following licensable activities: the sale of alcohol on the premises, late night refreshment, and the provision of regulated entertainment, including live music and recorded music indoors, and recorded music in the external garden area until 22:00 (10PM)

The premises will be open from 09:00 until 00:00 Monday to Thursday and Sunday, and from 09:00 until 02:00 on Friday and Saturday. Seasonal variations and non-standard timings apply.

Anyone wishing to make representations about this application must do so in writing to: Licensing Department, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL or by email to licensing@basildon.gov.uk, to be received no later than 15th September 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
