NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT an application has been made to Brent Council (the Licensing Authority) for a Premises Licence by Mrs Swatiben Jaydeepkumar Thakkar in respect of Sangit Express, 327 Harrow Road, Wembley, Brent HA9 6BA. The details of the application are as follows Sale of Alcohol - off the premises 7 days a week - Monday to Sunday 09:00 - 23:00 hrs. Details of the application may be inspected between the hours of 9am and 4pm at Brent Council, Regulatory Services, Brent Civic Centre, Engineers Way, Wembley, HA9 0FJ or by visiting the authority’s website: www.brent.gov.uk

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in respect of the application, which must be submitted, in writing, to the above address. Such written representation must be received by 28th August 2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
