What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Grandio Group UK & Europe Limited has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as La Cage, 201-207 Kensington High Street, London, W8 6BA.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

Sale of alcohol on the premises only from 09:00 hours until 23:30 hours Monday to Sunday.

Regulated entertainment in the form of Films indoors only from 09:00 hours until 23:30 hours Monday to Sunday.

Late night refreshment indoors only from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.

Opening hours from 09:00 hours until 00:00 hours (midnight) Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Authority, The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX or by email via licensing@rbkc.gov.uk no later than 15th September 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

The register of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.rbkc.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
