What is proposed?

Application to vary a premises licence - Licensing Act 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that I, Mitchell Green have applied on 21st August 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Toast Haus, 28 Pillory Street, Nantwich, CW5 5BD to vary premises licence PREM1559

To vary the hours for licensable activities as follows:

Recorded music Monday - Sunday 08:30-23:00 hours and supply of alcohol Monday - Sunday 11:00-23:00.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 18th September 2025.

The application may be inspected at the licensing section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
