What is proposed?

Notice is hereby given that Pentrich Brewing Co. Ltd has applied to Amber Valley Borough Council to Vary the Premises Licence in respect of Pentrich Brewery, Unit B, Asher Works, Asher Lane, Hammersmith, Ripley, Derbyshire DE5 3RE.

The variation application is to increase the times for the Sale of Alcohol Monday - Sunday between 12:00 & 23:00 hours and update the licensing plan as shown on ref: DB/ PB/24/87/05 Rev B

Any person who wishes to make any representations regarding this application should submit their comments in writing to the above address or by email licensing@ ambervalley.gov.uk no later than 16th September 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.

Those that make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
