NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO
VARY A PREMISE LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT application has been made on
15th August 2025 to Crawley Borough Council by
McDonald’s Restaurants Limited for the variation of a
premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Unit 7
Crawley Leisure Park, London Road, West Green, Crawley,
West Sussex, RH10 8LR. The Application is to remove
condition 5 under “Annex 2 – Conditions consistent with
the Operating Schedule” which states “One SIA registered
door supervisor will be employed at the premises between
2300 and 0300”. Any person or body may make
representation in writing on or before the final date for
representations in writing to :- The Team Leader, Health,
Safety and Licensing, Crawley Borough Council, Town
Hall, The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ. The last date for
representations is 12th September 2025. Details of the full
variation may be viewed at Crawley Town Hall, The
Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1UZ by prior appointment
during normal office hours between 9am and 4pm Monday
to Friday. A summary is available on the Public Register
via crawley.gov.uk .
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is
unlimited.
