What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 

Notice is hereby given that DDSS Holding LTD has applied to Stoke-on-Trent City Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of Willfield News, 387-389 Dawlish Drive, Bentilee, ST2 0RF. The proposed variation is to allow an increase in the hours during which alcohol may be sold, to 07:00 to 23:00 Monday to Friday. 

Any representations regarding this application must be made to Licensing Services, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 6QN, or by email to hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk , no later than 27 September 2025. Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985. 

Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and could incur a maximum fine of £5000.
