What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application lor the Grant of a Premises Licence

We, Eastleigh Turkuaz Ltd, hereby give notice that we have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: Turcuislne, Unit L2, The Swan Centre, Eastleigh SO50 5FX.

The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities:

  • The sale by retail of alcohol, for consumption both on and off the premises
  • The provision of regulated entertainment consisting of a performance of live music and any playing of recorded music
  • The provision of late night refreshment

The relevant Licensing Authority b Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh S050 9YN or Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY, between 09.00 and 12.00 or between 14.00 and 16.00, Mondays to Fridays, or online at www. eastleigh.gov.uk/la03reaisters. Any representations by an interested party or a relevant authority must be made in writing to Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, Civic Centre, Southampton S014 7LY via public access www.easlekjh.gov.uk/la2003/registers or by email to licensing@eastleigh.gov.uk so as to be received by them between 14th August 2025 and 10th September 2025. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine.
