NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Raymond Estates 3 Ltd has applied to The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea on 20 August 2025 for the grant of a shadow premises licence to use the premises at 14-15 Beauchamp Place, London, SW3 1NQ for the provision Live Music and Anything of Similar Description Monday to Saturday 10:00 – 01:00 and Sunday 12:00 – 00:30 (indoors), Recorded Music & Private Entertainment Monday to Sunday 00:00 – 24:00 (indoors) the Provision of Late Night Refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 – 01:30 and Sunday 23:00 – 01:00 (indoors), and the Sale by Retail of Alcohol Monday to Saturday 10:00 – 01:00 and Sunday 12:00 – 00:30 (on and off sales), on the same terms, plans and conditions as premises licence 16/193987/8, as more particularly set out in the application.
A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected at www.rbkc.gov.uk/ licensing or at The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX, tel. 020 7341 5152, by appointment with the Licensing Team between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
Any person wishing to submit representations must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by no later than 17 September 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is unlimited.
