Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence  

Co-operative Clow Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, 17 Church Parade, Church Road, Ashford TW15 2TX 

The application is to vary the licensable hours Monday to Sunday to 07:00 - 23:00 and remove embedded Restrictions on permitted hours: 

a On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, 08:00 -2a00, 

b. On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, 10:CO - 22:30, 

c. On Christmas Day, 12:CO - 15:03 and 19:00-22:30 and 

d. Good Friday, 08:00 - 22:30. 

Conditions will be applied. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Spelthorne Borough Council, Licensing Section, Knowle Green, Staines 1W18 1X3 Or Email to lbensing@spelthome.govuk by midnight on 11th September 2025. 

The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or wwwspelthome.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly a recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
