What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that The CEO Lounge Ltd has applied to the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham on 11 August 2025 to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for: 93-97 New Road, Dagenham, RM10 9NL.
The variation is to extend the timings for the Sale of Alcohol, Recorded Music and Late Night Refreshment on Friday and Saturday from the current hours of 12:00-01:00 (alcohol & recorded music) and 23:00-01:00 (late night refreshment) to 12:00-02:30 (alcohol & recorded music) and 23:00-02:30 (late night refreshment). The application also seeks to add Live Music & Performance of Dance: Sunday to Thursday 12:00-00:00 and Friday & Saturday 12:00-02:30.
Anyone wishing to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Department, Regulatory Service, Barking Town Hall, 1 Clock House Avenue, Barking IG11 7LU or by email to licensing@lbbd.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 8 September 2025. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.lbbd.gov.uk. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
