Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence
Notice is hereby given that VAAN Retailing Ltd has applied under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Durham County Council (the licensing authority) for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as 6 Co-operative Buildings, Co-operative Terrace, Dipton, Stanley DH9 9AH for the for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises.
The licensing authority’s register, which shall include a record of this application, is kept at The Licensing Section, Durham County Council, Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS and may be inspected there during normal office hours or a summary may be viewed online at www.durham.gov.uk.
Any representation to this application must be made in writing and received by the licensing authority by no later than 12 September 2025. Representations can be sent to the Licensing Section at the above address or emailed to licensing@durham.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
