LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is hereby given that Biskits Diner Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of: Biskits Diner 478 Wilmslow Road, Manchester, M20 3BG The proposed variation is to extend the opening hours to 8:00am to 1:00am Sunday to Thursday, and 8:00am to 2:00am Friday and Saturday. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to: Premises Licensing, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, PO Box 532, M60 2LA, or by email to premises.licensing@manchester. gov.uk Representations must be made by no later than 1 September 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application under the Licensing Act 2003. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
