Notice of Application to Wigan Council

An application for a New Premises Licence has
been made by ILPADRINONASU LTD for the
premises known as EL PADRINO situated at 1
KIND STREET WEST, WIGAN WN1 1LP. The
application seeks to Apply for a New Premises
Licence in repsect of the above premises. The
proposed application relates to the sale of alcohol/
provision of regulated entertainment. Where
applicable regulated entertainment will include:
live music and playing recorded sound

The application may be inspected at the Licensing
Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue,
Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m.
and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief

Any person or
responsible authority may make representations
about the application no later than 15 September
2025. All representations must be made in writing
by the above date. Representations should be sent

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for making a false statement
is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
