Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Healthcare Property Nominee
Company No 1 Limited has applied to Leeds City Council
for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises
located at Ground Floor & 1st Floor, Unit C, Electric Press,
Millennium Square, Leeds, LS2 3AD. The proposed
licensable activities and their hours are: 1. Films, Live
Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, anything
of a similar description (indoors), Monday to Wednesday
09:30 until 00:30 the following day, Thursday to Saturday
09:30 until 02:30 the following day, Sunday 09:30 until
01:00 the following day. 2. Late Night Refreshment
(indoors), Monday to Wednesday 23:00 until 00:30 the
following day, Thursday to Saturday 23:00 until 02:30 the
following day, Sunday 23:00 until 01:00 the following day.
3. Supply of alcohol (both on and off the premises),
Monday to Wednesday 09:30 until 00:30 the following day,
Thursday to Saturday, 09:30 until 02:30 the following day,
Sunday 09:30 until 01:00 the following day. Opening
Hours of the premises: Monday to Wednesday 08:00 until
00:30 the following day, Thursday to Saturday 08:00 until
02:30 the following day and Sunday 08:00 until 01:00 the
following day. Any representations about this application
must be made in writing by 17th September 2025 and
sent to the Licensing Service, Leeds City Council,
Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR or via email

application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
