What is proposed?

Notice of application for the variation of a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003


Weronika Nawrot has applied to Preston City Council to vary the premises licence at 5-7 Guildhall Street, Preston, PR1 3NU.  The applicant proposes to add late night refreshment until 00:00 hours and increase the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol to 00:00 hours and increase the closing time to 00:30 hours.  The application may be inspected at the Town Hall, Lancaster Road, Preston, PR1 2RL between 10:00 and 14:00 hours when open or at www.preston.gov.uk.  Representations shall be made in writing to the Council, at the above address no later than 5 September 2025 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
