What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wirral Borough Council by Genting Casinos UK Limited in respect of premises located at Genting Casino Wirral, 25-27 Oxton Road, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 2QQ for the variation of a premises licence.
The proposed variation is to extend permitted hours for the sale of alcohol and opening hours to 24 hours a day, every day. Full details of the variation are contained within the application form held by Wirral Borough Council, Town Hall, PO Box 290, Brighton Street, Wallasey, CH27 9FQ where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal opening hours or online by visiting their website. Any representations made by a responsible authority or other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be made in writing to The Licensing Authority at the above address or to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 9 September 2025 stating the grounds upon which the representation is being made.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum financial penalty on summary conviction is unlimited.
