NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PERMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLV Enterprises Ltd has applied to Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as KFC, 46 Fretherne Road, Welwyn Garden City, Herts, AL8 6PS. The licence is for the following licensable activities. Late night refreshment. For the provision of hot food by delivery and click & collect orders only. Proposed timings are Sunday to Thursday 10.00 to 24.00 and Friday & Saturday 10.00 to 24.00. A copy of the application may be inspected at the Licensing Department, Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, Council Offices, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City, AL8 6AE during office hours or online at www.welhat.gov.uk . Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 11th September 2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
