We C J McAllister Properties LTD do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Denbighshire County Council) for the Variation of our Premises Licence at 39 - 41 Water Street, Rhyl, LL18 1SR, known as Fairways.
The application is to: Vary the licence to offer the provision of Live Music (Indoors) Monday - Sunday 23:00 hrs - 02:00 hrs. To offer the provision of Recorded Music (Indoors) Monday - Sunday 23:00 hrs - 02:00 hrs. To offer the provision of indoor sporting events - Monday -Sunday 23:00 hrs - 02:00 hrs. To offer the provision of Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday -Sunday 23:00 hrs - 02:00 hrs. To extend the Sale of Alcohol End Time (Consumption both on and off the premises) - Monday - Sunday from the current end time of 23:00 hrs to the new end time of 02:00 hrs.
The full application can be inspected by contacting Denbighshire County Council Licensing Authority. Representations can be made between 15-08-2025 to 11-09-2025. Representations received after this date will not be considered.
