Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by NATH AND SONS UK LTD to Cambridge City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises at the following location: Burleigh phone & vape shop 34 Burleigh Street Cambridge Cambridgeshire CB1 1DG Close to The Grafton Centre, Cambridge

The proposed hours for alcohol sales are: Monday to Friday, 08:00-20:00 Saturday to Sunday 09:00-18:00

A copy of the application is available for inspection at: Cambridge City Council, Licensing Section, Mandela House, 4 Regent Street, Cambridge CB2 1BY during normal office hours.

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address by 17/09/2025 - 28 days from the day after submission.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
