Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence
Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new Premises Licence at temporary Store, Front of Co-op, 27 High Street, Rochester, ME3 0BJ.
The licensable activity is the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday between 07:00-22:00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Gravesham and Medway Shared Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Windmill Street, Gravesend, Kent, DA12 1AU or email to licensing@gravesham.gov.uk by 18th September 2025.
The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at www.gravesham.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
