Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary a premises licence for the Half Moon Inn, Unit 1, 11-21 West Precinct, Billingham, TS23 2NW.
The application seeks to vary conditions in Annex 2 of the premises licence as follows: Under the “Protection of Crime and Disorder” heading in respect of the use of the external remote customer area at the front of the premises and the commencement time for the use of door staff. To include a condition under the “Protection of Children from Harm” heading permitting children on the premises until 20:00 hours each day.
There are no other changes to the premises licence.
Any representations about this application must be made in writing by Thursday, 11th September 2025 and send to: The Licensing Service, Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ.
The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Office at the above address between the hours of 9am to 4pm or on the website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
