PUBLIC NOTICE - LICENSING ACT 2003
An application has been made to Somerset Council for the grant of a premises licence under the above Act.
Applicant: South Indian Cuisine Ltd. Address of premises: The Old Pier Tavern, Pier Street, Burnham on Sea, TA8 1BT. Proposed licensable activities: Live music, recorded music, anything similar, sale supply of alcohol. Sunday to Thursday 09:00-23:00. Friday and Saturday 09:00-01:00. Late night refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00-01:00.

Any person wishing to make a representation do so in writing to the licensing authority, giving in detail the grounds of objection, within 28 days of the date of this notice. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable, on summary of conviction, is a level 5 on the standard scale.
