NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A FULL VARIATION OF A PREMISE LICENCE UNDER LICENSING ACT 2003

GTFC Catering Ltd gives notice of an application made by them for a Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of the above premises.
The proposed application includes the following:
- To increase the hours for The Performance of a Play,
The Performance of Dance, The Provision of Films
indoors and outdoors and The Provision of Indoor
sports: Monday to Thursday and Sundays 11:00 to 23:30
and Friday and Saturdays 11:00 to 00:30.
- To increase the hours for Live Music and Recorded
Music and anything of a similar description indoors
and outdoors: Monday to Thursday and Sundays 11:00 to
23:30 and Fridays and Saturdays 11:00 to 00:30.
New years eve till 02:00 for indoors only.
- To increase the hours for Late Night Refreshment
indoors and outdoors: Monday to Thursday and Sundays
23:00 to 23:30 and Friday and Saturdays 23:00 to 00:30.
New years eve till 02:00
- To increase the hours for The sale of alcohol on the
premises: Monday to Thursday 11:00 to 23:30 and Fridays
and Saturdays 11:00 to 00:30. New years eve till 02:00
- To extend the opening hours: Monday to Thursday and
Sundays 09:00 to 00:00 and Friday and Saturdays 09:00 to
01:00. New years eve till 03:00
- To amend the plan to increase the licensed area
- To remove and replace all Annex 2 and 3 conditions
The application will be available for inspection by request to the licensing Team at South Kesteven District Council. All representations made by any persons or responsible authorities to the Licensing Authority must be in writing, on the appropriate form available on our website to the Grantham office at Licensing Team, Council Offices, The Picture House, St Catherine’s Road, Grantham, NG31 6TT or via email to licensing@southkesteven.gov.uk
The last date for representations to be received by us is:- 10th September 2025
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
