I, Benny’s Wine Merchants Ltd. hereby give notice that I have applied on 15th August 2025 to Cambridge City Council as the Licensing Authority to vary the Premises Licence/ Club Premises Certificate* for the premises known as
King Street Cellar, 99 Kings Street, Cambridge CB1 1LD
The variation is to remove Condition 1 in Annex 2 and replace it with the following:
On sales shall only be allowed for the sale of fine wine between the hours of 11:00 and 21:00. The alcohol shall only be consumed on the premises at the designated outdoor seating area, situated within the boundaries of the premises and are not part of the public highway

All representations will be published in full, unless you advise that you wish your personal data to be removed prior to publication on the Cambridge City Council website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
