APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That an application for a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by: Gainsborough Trinity Supports Club to West Lindsey District Council in respect of premises known as: The Blues Club which are situated at: 30 North Street, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 2HU
The proposed licensed activity(ies) to be carried on at the premises is as follows: Sale of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment'

The record of the application may be inspected at the offices of: Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council, Guildhall, Marshall's Yard, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire DN21 2NA during normal office hours (by appointment only)

Any representations by other persons or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, West Lindsey District Council at the above address by: (this must be 28 days after the day on which the application was given to the Council) 4th September 2025

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (£5000) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
