M4, Llandarcy - Application To Vary A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Harvester, Junction 43, M4, Llandarcy, Neath, West Glamorgan, SA10 6GZ applied to Neath & Port Talbot County Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To extend the start time for sale of alcohol (on and off premises) and regulated entertainment in the form of films (indoor) to start from 09:00 everyday. No change to standard terminal hours for sale of alcohol or films.
2. To amend non standard timings as detailed in the application to include New Years Eve trading into New Years Day for films (indoor) and opening hours and update the premises licence non standard timings for sale of alcohol to show permitted New Years Eve trading permission.
3. To amend and update a condition of the premises licence regarding sale of alcohol permitted hours and New Years Eve trading permission.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, Legal Regulatory Services (Licensing Section), Civic Centre, Port Talbot, SA13 1PJ or by email to licensing@npt.gov.uk no later than 11 September 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Neath & Port Talbot County Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, Monday to Friday, between 10am – 4pm, or if it is available on the council’s website at - www.npt.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
