What is proposed?

Application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that 140 Deansgate Manchester, M3 2RP has applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application is to permit:
•Sale of alcohol (on the premises) daily 08:00 to 03:00
•Provision of late night refreshment daily 23:00 to 03:00
•Live music (indoors, amplified with sound limiter) daily 08:00 to 03:00
•Recorded music (indoors, amplified with sound limiter) daily 08:00 to 03:00
•Dance and other entertainment daily 08:00 to 03:00
•Opening hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00 to 03:00, Friday-Saturday 08:00 to 03:30, Sunday 08:00 to 03:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Service, Manchester City Council, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Manchester, M2 5DB, or by email to premises. licensing@manchester.gov.uk, by 19 September 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
