I Dudha Raj Sedhai give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Nepalese Gurkha Restaurant, 4 Green Lane. Redruth, TR15 1JT
The application is to: Sale of alcohol and Late Night Refreshment
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TR1 3AY or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 16th September, 2025.
A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment. Details are also at www.cornwall.gov.uk by searching ‘List of current premises licence applications’ . Alternatively, telephone the Licensing Office on 0300 1234 212
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
