LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Pizza Pilgrims Limited has applied in respect of Pizza Pilgrims Kings Cross 278-280 Pentonville Road London N1 9NR for an application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: This is an application to change the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 055_08_P01. The changes include, reconfiguration of the basement to relocate toilets, install new servery and fixed seating, reconfiguration of ground floor to relocate kitchen, bar servery, toilet and add fixed seating. The opening hours and licensable activities authorised by the premises licence are to remain unaltered. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Alcohol & Entertainment Licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or by email to licensing@islington.gov.uk, no later than 16 September 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of London Borough of Islington and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.islington.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
