Notice of application for a Premises Licence under The Gambling Act 2005

Notice is hereby given that: Horizons Leisure Limited of the following address: One St Peter’s Square, Manchester, M2 3DE is applying for a a variation of its Converted Casino

Premises Licence under Section 187(1)(b) of the Gambling Act 2005. The application relates to the following premises: Horizons, Basement and Ground Floor, Queens House, 1 Leicester Place, London, WC2H 7BP. The application is to vary the licence as follows: to vary the casino premises licence into an extended converted casino licence pursuant to Part 5 of Schedule 1 of The Gambling Act 2005 (Mandatory and Default Conditions) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007. An amended plan has been submitted with the application; there are no physical changes to the premises and the licensable area of the entire casino has not changed. The application has been made to: Licensing Team, 15th Floor, Westminster City Council, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP. Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities. A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities. A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories. Any representations must be made by the following date: 10 September 2025

It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
