APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE.

Notice is hereby given that an application for a variation to a Premises Licence under the above-mentioned legislation has been made by Natasa's Store Ltd to City of Lincoln Council in respect of premises known as Natasa's Store Ltd which are situated at 59 Newark Road, Lincoln, LN5 8NE.

The proposed variation(s) to the premises licence are: SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION OFF THE PREMISES: SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, 24 HOURS PER DAY. REMOVAL AND ADDITION OF CONDITIONS AS DETAILED IN APPLICATION DOCUMENTS.

The record of applications may be inspected by request of The Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln, LN1 1DD via request at licensing@lincoln.gov.uk

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the application must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Communities & Environment, City of Lincoln Council at the above address by 28.09.2025.

It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
