What is proposed?

We, Metro Ethnic Foods Limited, have applied to the Licensing Authority for Stoke on Trent City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for Metro Ethnic Foods, 245-249, London Road, Stoke on Trent ST4 5AA. The proposed licensable activities include: To permit the sale of alcohol by Monday to Sunday inclusive between 06:30 and 23:00 hours. Opening Hours of the premises Monday to Sunday inclusive between 06:30 and 23:00 hours.

Full details of the application sought can be viewed at the offices of Stoke-on-Trent City Council, Licensing Services, The White House, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6AY email: hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk.

Interested parties or responsible authorities can make written representation to the Licensing Authority at any time up to 12th September 2025.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. 

The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
